SOA Boating Camp

Camp Foster YMCA is proud to host the Spirit of America program again for the 5th year in the state of Iowa.  The 2010 Spirit of America camp will be available for 2 different sessions this year.  The first session is June 20th at 2pm and will conclude on June 26th.  The second session is Aug 8th-14th.  Spirit is a national youth boater education course that is offered only in a handful of states nation-wide and is sponsored by the National Water Safety Congress, the United States Coast Guard, the Iowa Great Lakes Water Safety Council and Camp Foster YMCA.  All 7th and 8th grade students that wish to take part must fill out the Spirit of America application and health form.
