Summer Staff:
One of Camp Foster's strongest assets is our trained and experience staff.
Parents can be assured that Camp Foster recruits the finest college age staff available. With a 3:1 camper to staff ratio, the staff have extra ability to give individual attention to each child. Building relationships with each child is the key to Foster. Staff facilitates personal development by nurturing relationships in a week long residential setting. One of keys to the magic of Foster is the creativity that each staff implements into all aspects of programming. Summer staff are trained and managed daily by the professional leadership team.
